Introduction

The institute has Internal Exam Committee for the smooth Conduction of Unit test, class test, subject test, seminar, Home assignment, projects etc. The exams are conducted under the CCTV surveillance. The results are declared immediately on the notice board and students are given evaluated answer sheets as a part of impartial part of evaluation process. They are free to discuss queries with the concern teacher. The principal takes review of the progress in the meetings. This gives rise to the impartial evaluation method. Thus students are well prepared before the university exam because of the reforms in CIE. As results they secured good marks and grades in university exam. Infact, the earnest efforts are made to bring reform in continuous internal evaluation (CIE) at institunal level.

Grievance Redressal Cell is also a part of the Internal Exam Committee. The regular meetings of the members are scheduled and serious issues regarding the examination are discussed. The cell continuously work for the exam grievances in order to bring reform in term of efficient, time bound and transparent conduction of the examination. The committee invites applications from the students regarding their exam grievances. The committee acts abiding by the rules, regulation and directatives prescribed by the affiliating university. As far as the college internal examination and assessment system is concern, the committee takes impartial initiatives for transparent justification on the grievances of the student. The Cell calls meetings for the sake of students’ exam issues as and when required. The cell takes action and communicates with the university from time to time.
