Introduction

The college has well defined policies to maintain and utilize the physical and academic facilities. Infrastructure developmental works are carried out committee. Laboratory equipments and instruments are utilized under the supervision of the teachers of concerned departments. Physical maintenance of classrooms has been done through the staffs as recruited for the works. A common room for girls has been providing for relaxation and recreation of students during off period. Full attention has been given to create a healthy environment for study by having spacious, clean and airy classrooms. The college has a modern spacious seminar hall with multimedia facility for all kinds of culture and academic function. Availability of sufficient portable drinking water at all the places in the campus from external/ internal sources.

Right and Duties of Cleanliness Committee

1. To find out measures to keep campus neat and clean.

2. To organize cleanliness program in college campus.

3. To ensure proper waste management in college campus.

4. To give suggestions for proper water conservation and management and find out the possibilities of the implementation of Rain water harvesting system in campus.

5. To ensure pure drinking water for staff and students.

6. Recommendation for plantation in college campus, where it is necessary.

7. To final out measures for maximum use of energy and energy conservation.

8. Maintenance of fire safety equipments.

9. To suggest measures for the safety, development and maintenance of College building infrastructure.

10. To ensure optimal use of the College resources. Get defective gadgets repaired’

11. To suggest measures to dispose outdates and unusable items.
