Prospectus Committee

Introduction and Objective:

College Prospectus committee is constituted in order to provide and publish important and necessary information like mode and nature of process of admission. Information related to admission procedure, rules and regulations, facilities etc.

Responsibilities:

1. The members of prospectus committee will meet once in year and prepare the detailed prospectus as per the guidelines laid down by the competent authority and affiliating Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University.

2. The necessary inputs to be incorporated in the prospectus should be discussed with principal and any suggestions/implementation should be done after final discussion.

3. The revision of the prospectus should be done on yearly basis and the revised and new prospectus should be designed every year.

4. Admission procedure, rules and regulations, Admission form, other undertaking forms, should be supplied with the prospectus.

5. The design, distribution policy and other issues/ policies will be reviewed and decided by the Principal from time to time.

Tenure:

The selected committee members shall function for at least one academic year and shall continue to be in force until reconstitution.
